05:30 Vietravel guide picks up guests at the designated meeting point (Vietravel – 03 Hai Ba Trung, Hoan Kiem), departs for Noi Bai Airport to board a flight to Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia.

16:00 Upon arrival at the airport, the group completes immigration procedures. Afterwards, a vehicle takes the group to the hotel, allowing them to rest after the long flight.

18:00 Guests enjoy dinner and return to the hotel for rest.

  • 08:00: Guests visit the **Saudi National Museum**, established in 1419 as an important part of King Abdulaziz's historical center in Riyadh. The museum is impressive and important for the entire history of Saudi Arabia, the Saudi royal family, the formation of the kingdom, and everything related to the political context.
  • 10:00: National Museum Park - one of the most beautiful gardens you will visit in Saudi Arabia. King Abdulaziz's historical park is an open area where you can enjoy with your family. Afterward, visit the Hall of King Abdulaziz, where there is a display of old cars that the king used.
  • 11:30 Murraba Palace is one of the most important palaces built by King Abdulaziz. This palace was to house his family. It was built in the traditional Najid style of the region using only local building materials. Enjoy the wonderful photos here inside the Murraba Palace.
  • 12:30 The group has lunch at a restaurant
  • 14:00: Visit the **Dira Souq traditional Arab market**, famous for its many old brass and copper items including silver daggers, Bedouin silver jewelry... When entering from the main entrance, one always smells the scent of sandalwood. Dira Souq is a very worthwhile place to buy ancient carpets and antique items of Saudi Arabia.
  • 15:00 Visit **Al Masmak** - travel back in time and discover the origins of Saudi Arabia. Interesting exhibitions display maps and images of Saudi Arabia, along with a variety of historical artifacts, artwork, and audio-visual attractions.
  • 18:00 Guests have dinner at a local restaurant and return to the hotel to rest.

07:30 The group departs for Jebel Fihrayn, often called the "Edge of the World," located 120 km from Riyadh.

  • The Edge of the World (Jebel Fihrayn) is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Saudi Arabia. This geological wonder is the result of the Arabian tectonic plate shifting northeastward and faulting under the Red Sea. From the 300-meter-high Tuwaiq red sandstone cliffs, visitors can enjoy the view of dried-up rivers, wandering camels, and numerous ancient fossils from an ocean that existed millions of years ago. These cliffs rise dramatically from the desert, stretching into the sky like a magnificent natural wall. The Edge of the World (Jebel Fihrayn) is an impressive geological wonder in the rocky desert northwest of Riyadh.

Guests will have lunch and dinner at a local restaurant and return to the hotel for rest.

08:00: The group visits Diriyah, the ancient city, surrounded by the green Wadi Hanifa oasis. This was once home to the Saudi royal family and became a cultural center for pilgrims and merchants for centuries. The remains of the magnificent Salwa Palace and mud-brick houses along the date palm-lined streets remind visitors of Diriyah's glorious past. Tourists can explore Diriyah through other activities such as shopping at the Bujairy market or stopping at a restaurant or cafe.

12:30 Lunch at a local restaurant.

14:00 Depart back to Riyadh to visit the 99-story, 302-meter-high Kingdom Centre skyscraper. Visitors can enjoy the stunning views of Riyadh city from the Sky Bridge, the bridge connecting the two inverted dome tops of the Kingdom Centre.

16:00 The group has free time for shopping at major shopping malls in Riyadh such as Riyadh Park.

18:30 The tour group has dinner, then departs to the airport for the flight back to Vietnam, overnight on the plane.

-Guests aged 70 and above require a health commitment from the company. They must be accompanied by a family member under 60 years of age (in good health). Guests over 75 are encouraged to purchase additional premium insurance (fee varies depending on the tour). Guests 80 years of age or older will not be accepted.
-Pregnant guests should inform the tour operator at the time of booking for additional information. Guests five months pregnant or more will not be accepted for safety reasons.
-If a single room is required, guests must pay the supplement.
-Vietnamese expats or foreign nationals with a separate visa must bring it with them on the tour.
-When booking a tour, please read the program details, tour price, inclusive and exclusive items in the program, and tour cancellation terms and conditions on the payment receipt. If the booking is done by a third party on behalf of the guest, please confirm the details of the tour with the person booking for them.
-Due to the airline's discretion, flight times may change without prior notice.
-Depending on the situation, the order of visits in the program may be changed, but all destinations will be covered as initially planned.
-Vietravel is not responsible for the itinerary in the event of:

-Natural disasters: typhoons, floods, epidemics, droughts, earthquakes...
-Security incidents: terrorist attacks, protests
-Airline issues: technical glitches, security, changes, cancellations, delays in flights.
-In these circumstances, Vietravel will consider returning any non-completed costs to the guests, after deducting already provided services (like visa application fees), and is not liable for any further compensations.
-After payment, if you want to change/cancel your tour, please bring your tour voucher to the tour desk to process the change/cancellation and bear the cancellation fees as per Vietravel's regulations. Changes or cancellations will not be processed through phone calls.
-For tours with a cancellation deadline but having already obtained a visa, please pay the visa fee.

-If canceled 10-13 days before departure: 70% of the tour price will be charged.
-If canceled 2-9 days before departure: 90% of the tour price will be charged.
-If canceled within 1 day of departure: 100% of the tour price will be charged.
-If canceled or changed to a different tour within 45 days of departure, there is no cost.
-If canceled or changed to a different tour 34-44 days before departure: 50% of the deposit will be charged.
-If canceled or changed to a different tour 25-33 days before departure: 100% of the deposit will be charged.
-If canceling the tour after the embassy/consulate has issued the visa for tours requiring visas: 100% of the deposit.
-If the tour is canceled within 20-24 days before departure: 50% of the tour price will be charged.
-If canceled within 11-19 days before departure: 70% of the tour price will be charged.
-If canceled within 2-10 days before departure: 90% of the tour price will be charged.
-If canceled within 1 day of departure: 100% of the tour price will be charged.
If the tour is cancelled or altered by either party due to unforeseen circumstances (fire, weather, accidents, natural disasters, war, epidemics, delays, cancellations, or other changes in public transportation or other force majeure events according to legal regulations), then neither party will be liable for any loss incurred and will not bear any legal responsibilities. However, both parties will be responsible to help each other as much as possible in minimizing losses due to force majeure events.

VISA APPLICATION DOCUMENTS (TOURIST VISA) FOR LEAVING SAUDI ARABIA:


Please prepare the application documents at least 1.5 months before your departure date.

1. Personal Documents:
- Original passport valid for more than 6 months beyond the tour end date (passport should be usable for multiple countries).
- 2 photos, 4x6 cm (white background, taken within the last 6 months).
- Photocopies of both sides of your national ID card/identity card.
- Photocopies of your household registration (all pages).
- Copy of marriage certificate (if married), divorce decree, or death certificate (depending on your marital status).
- Copy of birth certificate (if you have children or siblings traveling with you). If children under 18 travel with their parent, the other parent must submit a copy of their identity card + the original consent letter for the child to travel with the parent, with local confirmation.
- Visa application form (provided by Vietravel).

2. Required Conditions:

*Employment:
- If you are an employee, you need: employment contract + original salary account statements for the past 3 months, with a minimum monthly income of USD 1,000 (only applies to Vietnamese citizens).
- If you are a business owner, you need: photocopy of Business Registration Certificate + tax payment receipts from the Treasury for the past 3 months (or photocopy of the company's tax stamp if taxes are paid online).
- If you are retired, you need: photocopy of retirement decision + photocopy of retirement card + original salary receipt for the past 3 months up to the date of fingerprinting (if pension is received through a bank) or a photocopy of the pension receipt (if received in cash).
- If you are a student, you need: original student confirmation letter from the school.

These are the procedures for applying for a Saudi Arabian visa as stipulated by the Consulate. Depending on each case, the consulate may request additional documents during the visa application process if necessary.

*If you have a US or Schengen visa, you do not need to provide the requirements listed in section 2 above, provided that the visa is still valid and has been used at least once to apply for a Saudi Arabian visa, then there will be a difference in fees according to the exchange rate at the time.
