- For Vietnamese Citizens: When joining the tour, children aged 14 and above and adults need to bring their original and valid CMND/Passport with clear images (CMND has a validity period of no more than 15 years from the date of issue)/ Original birth certificate (children under 14 years old), children over 14 must have a CMND or Passport to complete the procedures for boarding the plane.
- For Foreigners/Overseas Vietnamese: When taking the tour, you must have a valid original Passport or green card with a visa and re-entry permit to Vietnam to complete the procedures for boarding the plane.
- When registering for the tour, please bring your original CMND/Passport or provide your full name correctly, exactly as it is on the CMND/Passport/Birth Certificate (children under 14 years old) in order: Surname/Middle Name/Given Name. The name provided upon registration should match the identity document you carry on the tour as per the airline's regulation.
- In case you provide an incorrect name, arrive late for the flight, you will have to bear the cost of changing the ticket or buying a new ticket according to the regulations of the Airline (if the flight still has seats).
- In the case of Vietjet and Jetstar flights, the ticket is non-refundable, non-transferable, non-changeable and non-cancellable. An incorrect name will result in 100% loss according to the airline's regulations. The price of a child's air ticket is equal to 100% of an adult ticket.
- In the case of Vietnam Airlines flights, promotional air tickets are non-refundable, non-changeable, non-cancellable, and an incorrect name results in 100% loss according to the airline's regulations. A Vietnam Airlines ticket not used for the outbound leg will automatically cancel the return leg. Child airfare is 75% of the adult fare.
- Airfare, flight times may change depending on the Airline (Vietnam Airlines, Vietjet, Jetstar) and cannot be notified in advance.
- As the flights depend on airlines, in some cases, the flight time may change without prior notice. Depending on the actual situation, the program and sightseeing spots may flexibly change the order of the spots to suit the flight time and weather conditions. Vietravel will not be responsible for guaranteeing the sightseeing spots in the case of:
o Natural disasters: storms, floods, droughts, earthquakes...
o Security incidents: epidemics, terrorism, protests
o Aviation incidents: technical problems, security, rescheduling, cancellation, delay of flights.
- If any of the above cases occur, Vietravel will consider refunding the cost for unvisited locations as much as possible (after deducting the services already performed... and will not be responsible for compensating for any other costs).
- After you have completed the airline check-in procedure and received your boarding pass, please keep it carefully and note that you must board the plane on time. Vietravel is not responsible in case you lose your boarding pass and miss your flight according to the airline's regulations.
- Check-in time for hotels: after 14:00 and check-out before 12:00
- Hotel/resort rooms may have rooms that are not close to each other, not on the same floor, double or twin beds not as requested, depending on the specific situation of each hotel/resort.
- If you are participating in a tour as a single traveler, you are required to pay a single room surcharge to stay in a single room. If there are other single travelers of the same gender in the group and they are willing to share a room with you, Vietravel will refund the single room surcharge.
- If you are traveling as a group of 3 people, Vietravel will provide 1 room for 3 guests: a 1.6m large bed and 1 0.8m-1.2m mobile extra bed or 1 single mattress depending on the hotel/resort. If you require a separate room, please pay the single room surcharge as required.
- Information about luggage on the tour: Carry-on luggage under 7kg/person - Dimensions no more than: 56cm x 36cm x 23 cm, liquids with a volume no more than 100ml. Checked luggage: 20kg/person - Dimensions no more than: 119cm x 119cm x 81cm. Items not allowed as checked baggage or carried in luggage according to air regulations.
- Meeting information: At Tan Son Nhat Airport, Domestic Departure, 2 hours before flight time (applies to weekdays), 2.5 hours before (applies to holidays), at pillar number 4. In case of Vietjet Air flights, at pillar 10 in case of Vietnam Airlines, Jetstar flights.
- Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over 18. If traveling alone, parents must authorize Vietravel (with confirmation from the local authority).
- Female guests aged 55 and over and male guests aged 60 and over should be accompanied by a relative under 55 (in good health). Guests 70 years and over must be accompanied by a relative under 55 (in good health) and submit a health check-up certificate with confirmation of good health for travel from a doctor + a health commitment form as required by the company. For safety reasons, we do not accept guests 80 years or older. Guests over 80 years old are not covered by insurance.
- Pregnant guests please inform the tour sales staff at the time of registration. Note that you need the opinion of a doctor before going on the tour. You agree to be fully responsible for your own and your unborn child's health during the travel program.
- If you need an invoice, please provide the invoicing information to the tour sales staff when you register, and we do not issue invoices after the tour has ended.
- Please carefully review the Booking Conditions before registering for the trip. In case you don't register directly, but ask a relative to register for you, please update the information from the person who registered for you.
