- Personal expenses: meals outside the program, laundry, single room surcharge...

- Children under 5 years old: no service charge, parents take care of the child themselves and pay for any additional costs (for services charged according to height...). Two adults are only allowed to accompany 1 child under 5 years old, the second child will pay the fee according to the regulations for children from 5 years old and above.
- Children 5 years old and above: must buy a full package tour ticket like adults, including transportation, meals according to the program, entrance fees according to the regulations of the attractions.

Note: In case you need to buy your own tickets, we are happy to advise you to choose an F&E tour or a private group tour. With this type of tour, you can choose the services according to your needs.

When registering, you are required to pay 100% of the tour price.

- For Vietnamese citizens: When traveling, children from 14 years old and adults need to bring their original valid Citizen Identity Card/Passport with clear images (Citizen Identity Card has a validity period of no more than 15 years, calculated from the date of issue)/ Original birth certificate (children under 14 years old).
- For foreigners/Overseas Vietnamese: When traveling, you must bring a valid original Passport or green card along with a visa and re-entry permit to Vietnam.
- When registering for the tour, please bring your original Citizen Identity Card/Passport or provide the full and accurate name, exactly as it appears on the Citizen Identity Card/Passport/Birth Certificate (children under 14 years old) in the following order: Last name/Middle name/First name.
- The program and sightseeing spots can be flexibly changed in order to suit actual conditions. Vietravel will not be responsible for guaranteeing the sightseeing spots in the following cases:
+ Natural disasters: storms, floods, droughts, earthquakes...
+ Security incidents: terrorism, demonstrations...
+ Traffic incidents: traffic jams...
- If the above cases occur, Vietravel will consider refunding the cost of non-visited sites if possible (after deducting the services already performed....and will not be responsible for compensating any other costs).
- Gathering information: At Vietravel - 190 Pasteur, Ward 6, District 3, HCMC 15-30 minutes before departure. Guests arriving late when the car has departed or canceling the tour without prior notice will be charged the same as canceling the ticket on the day of departure.
- Guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or relative over 18 years old when traveling. If traveling alone, you must have parental authorization (confirmed by the local government) to Vietravel
- Female guests from 55 years old and male guests from 60 years old: should have a relative under 55 years old (in good health) to accompany them. For guests from 70 years old and above: Must have a relative under 55 years old (in good health) to accompany them and submit a medical examination certificate, confirming that they are fit enough to travel from a doctor + Health commitment according to the company's regulations. For safety reasons, we limit and do not accept guests from 80 years old and above. Guests over 80 years old do not have insurance.
- Pregnant guests please inform the tour sales staff at the time of registration. Note that you must have the doctor's opinion before going on the tour. Commit to taking full responsibility for your own health and the fetus throughout the duration of the tour.
- Guests who need to issue an invoice, please provide the invoice information to the tour sales staff when registering, no invoice issuance after the tour has ended.
- Please carefully review the Ticket Sales Conditions before registering for the trip. In case you do not register directly, please have your relative register on your behalf and update the information from the registrar.

The tour is non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-changeable. In case of refund, cancellation, or change of tour, 100% of the tour price will be lost.
